COMMERCIAL SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT
This new role will be a key part of our Commercial Sales team.
Some of the key responsibilities will be to generate contracts on the Company Database and send key communication to the client throughout the life of the contract. The maintenance of the delivery schedule will be the responsibility of the admin assistant and they will need to respond to incoming service and technical enquiries, calling on the appropriate people or departments to deal with efficiently.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and telephone. They will possess excellent ICT skills, the ability to maintain accurate records and have strong administration and organisation skills.
