HR Advisor - full time/part time
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or HR Administrator to join the team in a standalone, generalist position. The role is very hands on and will involve all aspects of HR. No two days will be the same and the successful candidate will be expected to multi task and prioritise their own workload.
To be successful you will need to have HR experience ideally within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will need to be confident in recruitment, selection, employee engagement, disciplinaries and grievances. They will also need to have excellent up to date knowledge of current employment legislation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business will be key to this role, as you will need to work in a supportive and friendly manner to the rest of the business.
